Thanks to everyone who went to Teresa’s lunch at the Red Deer in Crediton. Everyone was impressed with the meal deal and although the weather was appalling there was a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Thanks to Trevor for organising and leading the run after Pitstop to Cockington. The weather was good so it was roof down and coffee and cake outside in the sunshine when we got there. Hopefully we can look forward to many more runs like this in the months to come.

Thank you also to Ros for the mid week lunch to the George at Donyatt. It was a good venue and excellent lunch and again the weather was kind.

Pitstop is this coming Sunday 16th February. If the weather is okay there may be a run.

The next Tuesday meeting will be on 10th March.

Pitstop on Sunday 15th March will be followed by the daffodil run to Cotehele. Trevor is organising this and the details are on the website.

The National Rally has been moved from September to Sunday 5th July and will be held on the Claydon Estate in Buckinghamshire and it will be twinned with the club’s Blyton Park Track Weekend, offering members the chance to have fun on track on the Saturday and show the car on the Sunday. A few of us are going up for the weekend and staying at a Premier Inn nearby.

Trevor and Denise’s daughter, Sarah, is doing a sponsored sky dive on 29th February. Denise’s father died of Motor Neurone Disease aged 65 and the jump is in his memory to raise money for the Motor Neurone Society. Members happily agreed for donations to be collected in the little Red MX5 Donation Car during the evening and a total of £67.66 was collected. A total of £170 has now been reached as some members had already contributed earlier last week. Thanks to everyone who contributed. Sarah's Just Giving Page
