Little Red Mx-5

The Little Red MX-5 donation car goes from meeting to meeting and events that we attend, collecting any loose change you decide to donate. Once £50 has been collected, a charity is selected by drawing the name of a member who has suggested a worthy cause and the money passed to them to donate accordingly.

The idea was born several years ago about the club making charity donations, so after some thought we managed to get a small MX-5 and convert it into a money box (It is actually a Sindy Car!)

This is purely donations only, if you feel you would like to, then each time we have collected £50 it gets donated to a chosen charity. The charities are proposed by the members. Their names all go into the hat and when we have £50, a name is drawn and the money goes to that person/couples nominated charity.

Just our way of giving a little back!

If you have a charity you would like to nominate, please contact Trevor Boyland.
